A letter from the President
Dear Owners of Turnberry on the Green,
As all of you know, our annual meeting took place on December 17, 2018. We discussed two very important subject:
- Waiving or not the statutory reserve as per F.S. 718.112(2)(f)
- Amending the Condo Declaration §13.6(a)
I’m glad to share the following results with you: For the first subject we received 200 “Yes” and 9 “No” The reserve has been waved. As far as the amendment are concern, we received 198 “Yes” and 11 “No”. Please click HERE in order to view the 2019 maintenance per unit.
